Very easy to handle , user friendly and journey is very transparent. We can customise according to our requirement.

Nothing . Everything is perfect. I love this technology with full of new ideas.

We can create opportunities, leads and convert it , it is making flow very easy . Easily we can customise according to our requirements.

Easy of use, quick insights, task managemnet, collaboration with team. Ease of integration.

What do you like best about the product?
It is basically cloud based CRM. Easy to use. We can access our data from anywhere. It is giving user 360 degree view.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike. Everthing is good as a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a developer, I am enjoying to devlop something new alwasys. Lighting component provide me to do some superb things.

In Salesforce sales cloud help for companies to improve their sales and to solve their issues related to apps through the lead management by tracking regularly

In sales cloud there are huge options to customize and companies need external members to maintain the app moderately and need to invest more for the resources

It solving the customer related issues regarding the mobile/web application and helps to increase the sales of organizations and also helps to stay connected with their customers

The out of the box capabilities made it easy to pick up automated workflows to replace existing manual processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of production release issues due to lightning locker and Omni script
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating existing processes done on a COBALT mainframe for government licensing processes

What do you like best about the product?
Users can manage leads, track opportunities, and automate sales tasks. It offers a range of features including contact management, lead management, opportunity management, sales forecasting, and analytics. Overall, it's highly regarded for its scalability, customization options, and integration capabilities, although some users may find it complex to set up and require training to fully utilize its features.

Data duplicacy is the major issue.
Sometimes takes time to load

Helping in saving client data and records and with opportunities along with sales updates and records.

It helps in crarting cases and leads which is used in day to day work.

I didn't see a downside yet. The data is easlily accesible and reports and dashboards help with the Sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud gives end to end automation for all the sales processes. It provides a 360 degree view to all customer data and helps in very clear forecasting and closing sales deals. Very easy to use and Salesforce support is very responsive to work with. It is very easy to integrate 3rd party systems with Sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud reporting and dashboard is very basic and doesnt provide better analytics features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud helps us with automating end to end sales processes and run analytics around all the sales processes. It helps us with accurate Forecasting and speedier sales closure.
