What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud because it provides a 360-degree view of the customer, which is very valuable as it helps teams personalize outreach and build stronger relationships. I find it very easy to use, which makes tasks more manageable. The powerful automation within the platform is also a significant highlight for me.

I find the complexity and learning curve challenging because new users could feel overwhelmed at the beginning. There are some reporting limitations, and the cost and licensing complexity can be confusing.

Effortless Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion with Sales Cloud

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing that I find about Sales Cloud is the smooth conversion from Lead to Opportunity. I've used other CRM platforms in the past, but the way Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to map the fields and auto-populate those fields in relevant Account/Contact and Opportunity records is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is on bit of an expensive side for SMBs. Yes, Starter Suite is an option, but then it limits us with number of Flow automations, and no sandboxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of story line and unification. Entire sales journey (from Lead coming in from various channels, lead assignment, lead conversion, and Opportunity management) just fits right. The data model is so tightly integrated that the story line feels seamless for any industry. All the meticulous details like the flexibility to position the tasks and events, option to add team members working on a opportunity, sharing and access, it's like once you get used to Sales Cloud, it's almost impossible to replicate the same in any other CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement, and easy to use , due to its highly customizable and scalable feature it can fit almost any complex sales process. It is suitable for small to large business enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation and deep analytics features are locked behind the high priced Enterprise and unlimited editions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its solving the problem of Sales disorganization and inefficiency across the entire sales pipeline. Sales cloud acts as a Single Source of Truth centralizing all customer and prospect data in one place that is accessible to entire team

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its powerful and centralized platform for Opportunity and Pipeline Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive, complex, steep learning curve, and needs constant (costly) admin support to be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is essentially a powerful antidote to the chaos and inefficiency that naturally creep into the sales process.

Ease of use and intuitive UI with great single pane of glass
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost associated wish there were better price breaks.

Highly Customizable with Excellent Opportunity Management

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how accounts, leads, and opportunities can be easily configured for business needs with Salesforce Sales Cloud. It's great that primary small automations can be made very easily, even for someone like me who doesn't have a developer background. As an administrator, with just two to three months of reading, you can customize, create, and start using Salesforce Sales Cloud quickly. The tool makes tasks like sending out emails, updating data on accounts, and creating reports and dashboards very easy. These automations make it straightforward to configure essential processes without needing extensive development experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
So tool wise, I would say, because it's a multitenant architecture, there are few limits on the number of account records you can save, create, and share. And I would say few things which could be improved is on reporting. It's a platform sales first platform. Which allows creation of simple reports and dashboard buttons. If you need some detail or very micro level of reporting of it, it's a complex requirement. Then Salesforce doesn't work. It's a standard easy reports could be created, but complex reporting is where Salesforce lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has been very helpful for opportunity, account, and territory management. Users (Sales Reps, Branch Managers etc.) give positive feedback on managing these aspects. It's a good tool for customers needing account and opportunity management.
