What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its ability to centralize customer information from various touchpoints, significantly increasing productivity. The platform's ease of setup made it accessible from the start. I value the real-time dashboards and reports that facilitate informed, data-driven decisions. It also enhances team collaboration by providing a clear view of data. Additionally, it reduces manual work, making operations more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the overall user experience challenging, particularly as a beginner. Additionally, enhancing the positive customer experience is an area that I believe can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce centralizes customer information from various touchpoints, increasing productivity and enhancing team collaboration by reducing manual work. Real-time dashboards and reports enable informed, data-driven decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud incredibly useful for sales management, especially for my team as it significantly reduces repetitive data entry work. The active capture and forecasting features are particularly beneficial. Its ease of use makes day-to-day operations smoother. Additionally, integrating with Microsoft 365 has been seamless, enhancing our overall workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited out-of-the-box offerings in terms of reports and dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud reduces repetitive data entry for my sales team, providing ease of use with valuable features like active capture and forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity and ease of use through clicks, making the Salesforce experience enjoyable. The sales data efficiency and quality of work are commendable, enhancing our sales calls and team management. The lead conversion feature is particularly beneficial. Account management, contact management, and the opportunity management workflow are features that I find incredibly useful. Sales Cloud has significantly benefited us by capturing workflows, data, and insights, allowing for better team management and faster onboarding due to prior familiarity within our team.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its constant updates and new features every six months, which help keep the software modern and efficient. The automation and AI features are particularly impactful, making my work considerably easier. Having all my information in one place allows me to effortlessly track all my interactions with customers, a huge improvement from using disparate tools before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it relatively challenging to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud initially. The interface and the vast array of possibilities, including the data model, required substantial effort to understand and adapt to.

I use it to consolidate all my information, tracking customer interactions in one place, which has streamlined my workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Our sales managers really appreciate having quick, visual access to up-to-date data, and it's simple for us to create reports and dashboards that make this possible for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing approach is quite aggressive, with many features locked behind specific licenses. This can be difficult to justify, particularly when overall adoption remains low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool enables us to access the data our representatives require and ensures they can receive it wherever they may be.
