Awesome for optimizing business processes

Nothing much just that cpq isn't included in sales cloud.

Sales cloud enables me to automate business processes for internal stakeholders: enterprise, sales ops, smb, creative strategy etc.

It's highly configurable and can be made to focus on your core business processes and objectives. Leveraged correctly it can accelerated your business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its strength can be its weakness. Without guidance, examples, coaching, well defined tequirements you can get lost configuring and deploying. Improperly deployed and lack of pre planning and post administration can lead to frustration and unrealized gains

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud data schema is simple and easy to understand that makes it unique. Also adding new objects and expanding salesforce sales cloud data schema is pretty simple. This really helps. Also 3 release per year to leep up with market starndard is amazing and will like to see more invovation there with einstein

The opportunity object fields are quite limited and different from rest of objects

Its helpful to see account and opportunity at one place

It keeps my leads, contacts and opportunities organized. I love that I can upload attachments such as NDA's as well.

Sometimes it's tough to filter through relevant vs non relevant contacts.

The largest problem solve is my forecast and reports are organized.
Dashboard customization in Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
The new dashboard look of Sales cloud has helped users and made my life easier as a developer. The next steps, tasks to Do, revenue management has helped my customers see a structured view of their sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters on the dashboard need to be more customizable. As a developer if I could be able to add more filters that would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my recent customers the dashboard enhancement is really enhancing the view and creating a robust experience for the users.
