Salesforce Sales Cloud delivers
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud's out of the box features are benefitial to many of our clients. Often times no customization is needed. When customization is need the flexibility to make it your own makes Sales Cloud the number one choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some limitations when it comes to reporting using Sales Cloud. A third party tool is needed in rare occasions to get certain reports exactly right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us track everything in our sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
It was quite user-friendly to visualize the data as well as streamline field operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm quite satisfied about Salesforce Maps. Never had issues so far. Some technical glitches happen but it's mainly due to internet speed and the computer hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My expertise is in data science. When I need to make decisions I utilize this tool to visualize the data.
Intuitive and modern tool
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly helps customers to have a better navigation experience through out the use. It has a number of features out of the box
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that should be available or make sense to have them but have not being applied yet, so we need to have external partners and outside installs to provide the expected behavior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead information from trade shows - having all in one place from the initial lead to the final order

Salesforce sales cloud has been a great tool to help with very large email sends, html personalised coding for a seamless and extra personal customer emails.

It's user interface might be a little old school and needs time getting used to.

What do you like best about the product?
Decided to switch from HubSpot. In a previous role, used SFDC extensively. Out of all the CRMs, SFDC is the one that enables the most integrations, most customization, and most reliable automation by far. That and with the new look they've added in lightening, it's much easier to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slow and clunky. I attribute it to their age and how much code was written to support it all. Sometimes that is frustrating when trying to move fast. I also don't like all the "add ons" to sales cloud they try to sell you on. Sales Cloud and anything directly related to that that basically does the same (e.g. health cloud) is great. Things like Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and the rest are somewhat junky. Salesforce lacks the sophistication and ease of use necessary for marketers to really do mass B2B marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us re-organize our data, bring in a better, more thorough "guided process" through screen flows to ensure as our company grows, we can provide minimial training while still expecting great results and data entry from reps. From a reporting perspective, the re-organization of data to a Salesforce architecture is key given HubSpot doesn't quite cut it when you attempt to marry marketing and sales data (+ other functions like BDRs, Partners, etc). HubSpot just isn't designed for complicated, multi-applicational uses like Salesforce.
