What do you like best about the product?
The capability to create and automate more efficient business processes without the need of multiple spreadsheets. The system when set up correctly allows for reporting that can help steer the business with their decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I have a positive outlook on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one client, it's allowing them to take a tedious process they had been doing manually and make it so much more efficient, automate multiple processes and therefore allowing the users more time to handle others needs. It's been a game changer.

Salesforce is the most customizable, extensible platform of any CRM--so much more than a CRM really

Salesforce still struggles with pricing for the SMB market

Salesforce CRM in concert with our on-platform ERP allows us to support customers in ways we couldn't do any other wah

Sales Cloud keeps all the sales data very organized and reportable. Love the ability to customize to fit the organization's need and automate business process.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Sales Cloud at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Move from Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and Franklin planners (!) to enable your sales teams to both acquire new logos and grow current book of business both efficiently and effectively. All the data you need is at your fingertips anywhere you can access the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration from a legacy system may be difficult and result in abandoned fata or needing to maintain a separate historical archive - esp for activities and files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales leaders are able to view on demand - and in real time - the status of leads and opportunities as the qualification and sales cycle progresses. We use account teams for sales execs to work together to solve customer problems as a trusted partner not just a vendor.
