Great features out of the box with multiple options for customization
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is enabling us to move the majority of our sales and marketing processes and information into a single platform, rather than juggling multiple platforms and performing data de-duplications and syncing between systems. We have also been able to leverage customer support to help us in implementing new features and processes as we continue to migrate our functional groups into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in list views (in particular color coding based on field values)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together all of our activity data along with transaction history in a more user-friendly interface that provides enhanced reporting capabilities.
Salesforce Sales Cloud - The most promising and efficient tool
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a Ease to use tool which can be customized user frendly tool mostly preferred by Sales professionals. The user friendly interface provides wide range of opportunities for Sales team to track and manage deals. Also, it is very easy to integrate with any tool and implement based on our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is a premium solution which cannot be afforded by Small sized companies. Users occasionally encounter challenges finding documentation or receiving timely support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us in tracking leads, strategizing deals, also it enhanced efficiency, intelligence and automation.

Customer information can be grouped, and the data can be customized according to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little complex to use at first. But it is acquired over time.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud gives everything that manages business. It offers a platform for tracking product details, making campaigns, managing contacts, sending emails, creating opportunities and orders based on transactions with customers and generating reports and dashboards with support of ease of implementation and integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a subscription-based product, it is initially expensive. where the frequency of use is been low Additionally, aside from the sales and marketing team, internal departments looking to streamline their operations would not see a return on investment from this platform, making it essentially an external facing tool. The customer support also need to be improved.

Improve your ability to make decisions, Encourage creativity, Boost the agility of corporate processes Cost control, Boost client relations and services, Boost the results of business processes, Boost risk management and compliance, Encourage revenue expansion.
Salesforce as CRM Solution + Omni-Channel
What do you like best about the product?
Being the All-in One CRM solution. You don't need another tool to call a customer or to send an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
limited email templates and unable to create quick new case for unlabeled interactions

Love Salesforce CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the best CRM system out there for enterprise level SaaS companies due to the ability to customize own dashboards, integrations with other software and ability for several roles to collaborate. It is easy to use and within a sales/BDR role you would use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the administrative tasks on Salesforce can be tedious and the load times for editing prospect pages etc can be quite long. Also filtering is not intuitive and the UI could be made cleaner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems integrating with other solutions, such as quip, lucidchart, outreach, and other systems. Also issues logging activity and creating leads/storing lead information.

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented a big organizational change and the pain points of a new system can be challenging to traverse. We continue to find tune things, but this would not have been possible without the responsive and excellent support we received from our implementiation team at Kultura. This has helped us organize our business in ways I couldn't begin to imagine!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to report to date, things have been working well thus far.

Overal centralization and automation for efficenicies.
Best tools especially for integrating with other platform and breadth of functionality is amazing

Wide range of reporting and dashboard customization makes it really wonderful and very easy for tracking the lead status via pielines to manage lead conversions.

Costing makes it expensive and limitations of licence available makes it difficult

Managing lead and sales support is excellent and customizable reporting features makes it great in terms of insights into customer activities

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is the single system for managing opportunities with OOTB features it is the most sought after tool for any business and serve better for customer I personally like the customisation scope it offers. Which makes the impossible as I 'm possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like revenue forecasting in Salesforce need to enhanced along side giving the user ability to customise their list view.

From Opportunity creation to till order conversion we are able to track our business and forecast the revenue for the business
