What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce truly distinguishes itself with its capacity to personalize customer interactions and optimize business operations. As a Salesforce Architect with seven certifications, I can attest to the platform's remarkable scalability, user-friendliness, and extensive customization options. In my experience, it remains the clear leader in its field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce, due to its commitment to high standards, can sometimes be slow in rolling out new features. This has both positive and negative aspects.

Add-ons can be pricey and it's not always clear what is considered an add-on with each Salesforce releases.

Planning and managing sales territories, forecasting and pipeline management, and tracking next actions.
By managing the sales cycle in Salesforce, the source of truth is clear and the entire leadership team knows where to find needed data.

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization primarily uses custom objects. Although we rarely use Salesforce's default objects, we can build a view that suits your organization's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major inconvenience at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my organization safely store the data we need and process it to meet customer needs.
Sales cloud gets the job done and then some!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of reports and dashboards. They can gather the day do you need and show it to a user in a readable manageable way!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any issues with sales cloud hyphen it used to be reports and dashboards because they didn't do so much but things have improved greatly since the Salesforce first started!

I love the 3x annual feature releases. Salesforce listens to customers on the idea exchange or at conferences. There are many ways to give feedback, and the feedback is often actually implemented in new releases!
What do you dislike about the product?
Many new features are an additional cost. Also, Salesforce CPQ could be improved and kept up to date with the rest of the product better.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce empowers our business to make educated and practical decisions and empowers our sales team to be what our customers need. We do everything through Salesforce. Even our accounting runs through a managed package and stays within our salesforce org
What do you dislike about the product?
There is considerable time investment to get Salesforce where you want it to be, but it is worth it. I have to customize everything to meet our needs and the development of these customizations takes more time than maybe some other CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track everything we do in Salesforce. If it's not in Salesforce it didn't happen. Salesforce allows me and my team to stay out of spreadsheets and track all of our customer data and deals in a way that provides more insight and organization than we thought possible.
