Sales cloud is very useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the campaign functionality. Leads are also useful. We use leads and opportunities mostly

The need to customize the sales cloud is the one thing that I would say is potentially negative. Out of the box it does work for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hlelping us track our new members. We use leads and opportunities.

Easy interface. My sales team doesn't struggle to manage leads and opportunities. Excellent reporting and dashboards.

Pricing could be better but that's what you get with a best in class product.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I liked about Salesforce is that it used to fetch all the required information of the customer/client on its own on receiving any calls as we had integrated it with PhoneOne Ex

It used to lag alot sometimes. Updating any case would take minutes and delaying in work

What do you like best about the product?
One of the key thing about salesforce sales cloud I like is its customization and flexibility. I have manage to customize cloud as per business requirement to engage more customers and recurring those leads.
There are lot of configuration options in the cloud and those are also easy somewhat and some are in depth. I have integrating another third party apps and tools to make it dynamic and have not found any complexity in it and it makes implementing large things easy and I have not faced any issue in connecting customer support.
Its my take on salesforce sales cloud there lot of option and entry gates are open to get leads, create them, manage them and convert them into opportunities with various possibilities. Me and my team have completed reports and dashboards to get useful data insights for clients to understand business easily and thoroughly.

There are no such dislikes about salesforce sales cloud but while working on report the tool set can be more specific that is the only thing salesforce should consider.

It helped me by providing the complete structure to organize and automate sales activities from lead management to deal closure also it have helped me to provide customers with personalized experiences which helps in improving engagement and great bond with customers. It is capable to integrate various salesforce and third-party tool seamlessly which helps in creating great and UI friendly apps and tools.

Complex and may require intial training to become proficient

Sales force helps with automation of repeatative tasks that helps in focusing on increasing sales and reducing overload on sales person
Overall, easy to use. Makes it easy to work across the entire team

Being able to have everything in one place has made it so much easier for my team to be able to provide a seamless customer experience

We had to custom build out a lot of what we needed, which did slightly delay us being able to utilize the features

Not having to use multiple sources for our daily work has streamlined the process
