What do you like best about the product?
The versatility to work in county or zip boundaries to return the values I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering can be tough sometimes when making complicated queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To structure maps for each individual sales manager for specific customer types which they use daily.

What do you like best about the product?
The continuous releases with new features constantly added and improvised makes it a platform that's never behind in the current fast pace of things. It provides a lot of customizable features using flows, apex and AI with the introduction of copilot and generative AI. I love this as a Sales platform for our Sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features in Idea exchange take too long to be taken to implementation or sometimes never see the light of the day

Being able to sell products better by making better sales pitches.

What do you like best about the product?
Give you power to create easy to use sales processes so everyone can use them to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer communications are not shown in effective manner. We should be able identify customers immediately from the previous responses.

It is helping us to improve and shorten the sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud provides me all the tools I need as a Sales Ops professional to enable my sales team and give them the means to close deals with as little administrative work as possible. They continuously develop new capabilities and the learning environment of Salesforce is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must be Salesforce educated in order to be able to provide complete solutions. Salesforce's Trailhead environment provides the tools in order to learn and Salesforce has professional services to help along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps us track and manage all data about our customers, contact, deal cycles, and business processes.
