What do you like best about the product?
In Salesforce sales cloud help for companies to improve their sales and to solve their issues related to apps through the lead management by tracking regularly

In sales cloud there are huge options to customize and companies need external members to maintain the app moderately and need to invest more for the resources

It solving the customer related issues regarding the mobile/web application and helps to increase the sales of organizations and also helps to stay connected with their customers

I didn't see a downside yet. The data is easlily accesible and reports and dashboards help with the Sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud gives end to end automation for all the sales processes. It provides a 360 degree view to all customer data and helps in very clear forecasting and closing sales deals. Very easy to use and Salesforce support is very responsive to work with. It is very easy to integrate 3rd party systems with Sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud reporting and dashboard is very basic and doesnt provide better analytics features.

Salesforce sales cloud helps us with automating end to end sales processes and run analytics around all the sales processes. It helps us with accurate Forecasting and speedier sales closure.

I liked web2case, email2case & lead conversion rating analytics features the most in it.

Declarative development learning needs to be more user friendly including lots of declarative development methods.

In my previous assignment, I worked on lead scoring system to churn out potential customers. We were able to see 40% increment in customer acquisition & also it was easy to implement.

It's easy to customize so if you don't think things through you can inadvertantly creates big problems for yourself down the road.

No such specific dislike about sales cloud but what I feel UI/UX can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our health insurance product now Sales users are able to generate pricing and quoting much faster compare to other application what they used before. Also we have integrated multiple applications (like docusign, Conga,Highroads etc) which helps our process so smooth.
