What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is really a very basic and most important part which includes account, contact, opportunity, campaign, leads etc. For each and every company this is the main cloud which can bring revolution in their business and can maintain a very good record about every deal from start to end. I will really recommend this cloud to every business. You can have stages for your sales process from new to closed won to lost as per your deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I am really impressed with all the features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This can bring a boom to business and it's really easy to keep track of every deal.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me on a daily basis to have all my prospects and customers' data on a single pane of the platform. I can able to access it anywhere whenever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment, enabling the dark screen would be a great help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with KPIs to forecast for leadership calls, sales engagements, performance analyses, calls and emails outbound activities, and customer relationship activities just a name a few.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy Setup, Quick Usage. Standard Processes for Sales Business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little slow 'cause of Internet line matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was a challenge of introducing a new system due to the aging of the legacy system. Based on Salesforce's SaaS-based platform, it was possible to quickly introduce a new system with a standardized process.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of sales cloud is the end user experience and usability for everyone

The sales cloud has limits just as any Salesforce product that forces you to be very intentional with building solutions

Sales Cloud allows for us to track customer interactions and opportunities that would have never been tracked before allowing for a better customer experience and more engagement

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the salesforce cloud is that it's easy to use and configure. It can be used by small businesses and is scalable. In addition, there's a large community that loves to share their knowledge, and I believe that's what set them apart from other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I feel might not be helpful is, depending on the addition or version, you might get a lot of functionality that you do not use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is solving our challenge for a centralized database as a single source of truth for our customer and contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable while secure and robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per user license is quite high. Also some old functionality such as Campaign Member object and Task/Event object is very outdated and there's no talk about it being upgraded to the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the pipeline. It helps us to make better decisions and when/how to engage with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I use this tool almost every day, it is a game-changer for our sales and marketing team. Salesforce helps track leads, close deals faster, and improve sales productivity with features like lead scoring and opportunity management. And the best part is Salesforce can be customized to do almost anything!!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started to use the product, it seemed to be very complex. Some proper documentation on its usage would really help a new user to adopt it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is our go-to platform for tracking the leads and managing the projects. Earlier we use to face challenges with leads follow-up but with this tool lead tracking is very easy hence the leads are better qualified.

- Customization and automation potential that covers any sales process and scenario
- Organizes and helps to keep in touch with your customers and to maintain and manage trusted relationships
What do you dislike about the product?
- While it's the best available tool it is also quite expensive
- Hard to navigate Salesforce marketing and pricing data to find the best-fitting product combination

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about sales cloud is that it provided an OOTB workflow that teams like small businesses can use to increase their sales pipeline, but it also allows companies to customize their workflow for better results. Not only that, the setup tools are easy to use and navigate, and they are always adding new features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless a company chooses to have a full crm, the sales process can be disconnected from the customer retention process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not a problem, but love that they are considering how AI will improve their applications

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a great platform that allows for simpler and more efficient management of a team's book of business and potential clients. I personally really like the lead scoring and leaf conversion process that comes out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Salesforce Sales Cloud is focused on larger and enterprise sized businesses. I think that smaller businesses could really benefit from the software and wish Salesforce would compete more in the smaller business market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our business's need to have a powerful platform for managing their book of business while giving us the flexibility to continue to operate in an entrepreneurial structure.
