There are so many features that it's hard to keep up

We need a centralized place for leads from our various integrations. It's very easy to integrate external systems into Salesforce

The most useful part of Sales Cloud for me is that I can fully customize apps and layouts for my clients' needs. It always puts smile and amusement on many faces on demo sessions :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes performance of test environments could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most beneficial feature for me is that I can track both performance and quality of data provided by the users and fix data issues on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
As a solution architect, I find Salesforce Sales Cloud to be a comprehensive and highly scalable CRM platform that meets the diverse needs of businesses, whether they are small startups or large enterprises. It provides a wide range of tools that empower sales teams to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships efficiently, while also offering deep customization options for unique business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sales Cloud is incredibly powerful, its extensive customization options can make initial implementation complex, especially for larger organizations with unique business processes. It requires careful planning and a deep understanding of both business and Salesforce capabilities to ensure that the system is set up correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows me to forecast appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?
The best option to choose sales life cycle in the sales cloud. The Convertion process Lead become Account and contact and the company name should be opportunity name.

Very expensive to purchase and not easy to install.

The lead convertion process and assign the task to a particular agent .

Page performance sometimes it's slow to load and due to data cloud, it may even take longer

What is great about sales cloud is the comprehensive sales management. Sales cloud provides the complete set of tools for managing the entire sales process from lead generation, through the opportunity pipeline management and forecasting.
What is the most helpful is how easy it is for an individual to learn how to use sales cloud. Whether they are an admin expected to configure or an end user making the sales, Sales Cloud is highly intuitive and allows for even the newest of users to start adding value immediately.

What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful is that some of the out of the box features cannot be updated using configuration. Some changes especially UI requests typically require a custom component to be built.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the end users to have a 360 view of the leads and prospects. Before our users get on the phone with a potential client, they have the full history of all the previous calls and activities with the individual which is extremely helpful in continuing to have personalized conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
There isn't much that cannot be done with Salesforce. Sales Cloud does not offer every solution, but through packages, external products, and other tools, there isn't much one cannot do with the product.

There isn't much I do not like. I enjoy it so much I have investigated my career on understanding the tool.

Sales cloud is solving the problem of a source of truth for our sales team.
