What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is the leader in sales tools and automation for a good reason. The platform has tools for any size organization, from a small 1 person shop to the largest enterprise customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can be complex to use and configure. You'll need a good amount of expertise to fully utilize it's potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud assists our team in collaborating on 1 set of information to drive towards Sales goals.

What do you like best about the product?
It really has a lot of function out of the box with the standard objects and fields. If you have very specific use cases you may need some customization but you'd be surprised what can accomplished with the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
User management can be beastly, I've heard of much needed improvements coming in the next few releases but this should have been years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us bring together all our data and has become a central hub within our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Set up automated Salesforce data update steps now. For instance, they may transmit documents for approval or notify owners of changes. Reports and Dashboards provide excellent insights for standard and bespoke items and help users and stakeholders track activities based on defined metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before launching a new chapter in your company, test it in a sandbox. Sandboxes provide secure testing without interrupting your live system since they work similarly. Use these sandboxes to ensure the implementation doesn't disrupt your setup.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is one of the oldest and most useful cloud in my view. Just can't imagine a product or even a service company to function effectively without sales cloud. It just makes things so simple and eays to manage for sales team and also enhances their productivity. Salesforce Inbox and other Einstein features working in conjunction with sales cloud are adding the much needed icing in the cake 🎂.

Honestly there is nothing to dislike there. But anything to add on it which enhnaces usability and productivity is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping sales team to manage the sales pipeline in the most effective and productive way. At the same time giving various reporting analytics to have better insights of sales data.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Salesforce Sales Cloud is all the past history is available for a particular account. Email to salesforce is a great feature to track communication done with the client.

The date and time field when logging in a meeting or a call can be better. Support should be ea

Salesforce is helping me with the account history and all past communications and activities done in the account. That helps in better handover of accounts from one manager to another

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is good report, dashboard and easy to configure field and layout.

the problem happened when the case response is
late and some of functions limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not easy to customizing but sales cloud give us tool which is apex development.
