What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of the support received but the Salesforce community always makes up for what the support site/group lacks.

Sales cloud lets our team build data with minimal effort. Then we can take that same data and use it to grow revenue.

Sometimes adding features is difficult, and can be buggy.

Data reporting, sales growth and engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create efficient automated processes for my Sales users and giving them one source of truth. I especially like the power of the Approval Process and how easy it is to update.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of handy tools to add to my org that we would have to purchase to take advantage of. It cool I'd there was a free scaled down version of these handy tools so I could better show my Sales team some capabilities of Salesforce Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my company we have Sales Cloud to manage the entire path of the Sales Pipeline, however, the Sales team has been reluctant to fully embrace Salesforce Sales Cloud as their primary tool for sales activities.

It is good because it is a cloud that can be quickly applied to customers with standard functions that are basically provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to provide it in a general development language depending on the customer's request through customization.

It is possible to effectively provide the functions that customers want.
