Sales Cloud is a very good OOTB CRM for Sales team

What do you like best about the product?
-Sales teams are easily able to manage the accounts they work on .
-Every activity on the account is tracked even when using 3rd party integrations
-Able to easily track pipeline with pipeline inspection and revenue intelligence on opportunities
-love that most of the OOTB features can still be customized as per your business needs .
-Trust is key and we are happy with that Salesforce pays utmost attention to keeping our data secure
-Campaign ROI is easily measurable with Campaign management
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of downsides using Sales cloud . But some of the features disliked are multiple leads associated to the same company can't be linked .This would avoid different sales people talking to different leads from the same company and not knowing the progress on them .A common association of leads to companies .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud has evolved a lot .With Einstein Recommendations and next best action we were easily able to recommend the next thing for the rep to be actioning on which has been increasing our opportunity conversions.Flows have helped automate a lot of the manual processes . All of the data is in one place with Einstein as email conversations are brought back as activities on the record page .Sales had a one stop solution rather than referring multiple data sources for information on a partner .

What do you like best about the product?
That it's built on the Salesforce platform and we can customize it to meet our exact business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it did not require a separate product to allow sales reps to have their own cadences. I also don't like that the default lightning layout has the related tab as the selected tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having sales rep work in silos with no visibility into what they're doing. It also allows for deal collaboration that email does not. Of course, it allows us to operationalize the process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and let's you add customizations to address specific business needs. The reporting functionality is great as well!

It can get pricey to implement Sales Cloud and some desired add-ons and customization

It is helping my customers close more deals and providing a great way to automate communication.

Forecasting and Territory Mgmt are complex to support as my employer changes those strategies often

Constantly innovating and improving to bring the latest to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs. Salesforce marketing needs to improve communications to purchasing approves to prove the value of new products like data cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer relationship management for direct and partners. CPQ, CLM, Lead Managememt, consulting services, etc.
