What do you like best about the product?
I like the pipeline management and automation features
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI takes some time to setup and can be confusing for sales
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into the into interactions with leads and seeing a real time updates on our pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Working on salesforce has let me ship features to my customers really fast without the need to think about infrastructure or hardware scaling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dont like that we dont have dark mode yet.

The ability to integrate data from internal systems and CRM to provide customer and product insights as a one stop shop. This strength is enabled by leveraging other products from SF ecosystem like Data Cloud and Einstein AI.

Data synchronization is between systems is a challenge

What do you like best about the product?
Sales reps can easily serve their customers with ease with Lightning experience and Einstein. Sales managers can easily forecast their teams outputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ui processes can cause more clicks in LE [with its mobile first ui] compared to seasoned classic users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping DoorDash onboard merchants and improve our revenue as a result

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize almost everything to meet an individual businesses needs. There's a lot of out of the box functionality, the ability to go deeper and make it work for your individual organization is game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little things like not being able to drag and drop columns in a list view the way you could in classic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is allowing you to get insights into how leads are worked, passwords give you valuable insight into team, and allow you to prepare for the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing CRM tool to track leads, clients, opportunities. The reports and dashboards help the sales teams stay on track with their KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with social media accounts is not included with the license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audit and tracking of sales forecast and KPIs.

I like the ability to create custom objects and fields to tailor the system to my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the platform is so customizable, we run into issues with building to many customizations .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It runs our whole business. We use it for sales tracking, dispatching, work history, etc...

With sales team joining and leaving their sales data and intelligence is gone Salesforce solves that and have intelligence they have around data and processes are the best of the class
