Not adding new features as industry changing a lot but i feel sales cloud can improve a lot

The ease of tracking pipeline, and flexibility to devlope customizations on platform to mee specific business needs

I don't see any tru downsides to using sales cloud

Sales cloud is an awesome product to track and generate quality business

Personally, I love the functionally you can build out with person accounts and all of the functionally add there. We can more easily track individual customers without limiting ourselves to stop be able to sell to businesses

Reporting can be tough, and it would be nice to have some further functionality between objects

Primary platform for CRM and managing our contacts

It is easy to use and has a great UI. Training my team is easy.

It can be difficult to gain initial buy in.

We are able to capture a large amount of data and report on our pipeline, giving us an advantage over competitors in the field

Some features can be tricky for new users to understand how to implement.

Sales cloud enables me to automate business processes for internal stakeholders: enterprise, sales ops, smb, creative strategy etc.
This allows our sellers to focus on high productivity tasks.

It's highly configurable and can be made to focus on your core business processes and objectives. Leveraged correctly it can accelerated your business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its strength can be its weakness. Without guidance, examples, coaching, well defined tequirements you can get lost configuring and deploying. Improperly deployed and lack of pre planning and post administration can lead to frustration and unrealized gains
