What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud comes with a great set of features but can be bent and adapted for all sorts of use cases. I have seen systems that only use accounts out of the box and run their whole business with custom objects that meet their needs exactly. Others use all out of the box objects with tweaks. The flexibility to build it your way is a huge strength.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task management is awkward in sales cloud with an older data model for activities that hasn't really been improved offer the years.

Tracking all aircraft of the customer in a central place

I love everything about sales cloud in particular Closing sales deals, tracking progress.

Theres nothing to dislike about the platform.

Sales cloud is a great product to manage and store data. It's more than just a CRM it's a platform that helps automate simple or big processes.

It's very expensive and it's cost continues to increase.

It allows us to track all sales data and helps project or future.
Enhance Your Sales Process with Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
If I had to name one thing that Sales Cloud has been responsible for, is to outline a better quality sales process for our organization. It enables us to keep track of key deals, engage with current and prospective customers, and offers many tools for sales reporting. We use it on a daily basis and it's critical for enhancing our business' sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
Add-ons. I really wish that they were not as many paid add-ons or additional licenses needed to run key features on Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better tracking of key deals, sales analytics, and driving more activity and engagement with our customers. All of that leads to a higher close rate for our opportunities, and helps establish a better quality sales process for the very one in our organization

What do you like best about the product?
I would say the most helpful part of sales cloud for my end users is the ability to track all of their leads, opportunities and applications in one system. They do not need to worry about toggling between multiple groups to get the information they need. With the use of Einstein this will be so much easier for them and me as an admin
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations tend to be difficult. Trying to help our Valence system understand Salesforce language and our ERP language is a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing end users to identify what their top leads are to connect with and make those a focus. It also allows emails to be sent automatically to other leads to continue keeping them engaged without having to manually call everyone. This isn't benefiting me but it does help my company bring in revenue.

The opportunity path, the 360 view a sale agent get from a customer

I don't dislike much but I would say the fact that picklist values in status field on opportunity can't be deployed

It helps sale agent to work better and differently.
