What do you like best about the product?
The arrangements of tabs was confusing at first, but I've grown to really like it.

It's not always easy to see where you left off with all the tabs.

I live the capabilities that come from out of the box but also that permit me to customize the use case to support a variety of unique experiences/needs

The concerns I have come back to support issues with crappy expert coaching and the exclusive expand and pay more concepts. The product has numerous redundancies that don't make sense and complicate the overall use case and process required.
