What do you like best about the product?
The 1% give back on the technology. I have empowered dozens of small nonprofits get best a in class CRM for free or low cost. The platform is unbeatable and gives back!

Sales cloud does require a partner to help customize to get the best out of the platform

My clients need a single lens for there sales data and Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great start. It gives them the basics to start transforming there data into structured analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM giving you a 360 view of your customer from anywhere. It enables the sales team to manage sales from the office or on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more seemless integrations with Microsoft teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's gives our sales team a centralised view of our customers so that they can sell to our customers and collaborate on the sale

Sales cloud makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator I like how easy it is to update the system to meet my teams business processes. It's really easy to add new features, test, and deploy them to production. And way faster than Oracle Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can be an intimidating software to use. There's so much it can do it can be hard to prioritize what the best next step is. There are also instances where it's hard to find what I'm looking for within the system or the error messages I run into don't help me identify what I should change to make something work. I run into this a lot with Flow automation, but I'm looking forward to the Einstein for Flow in the hopes that it will reduce headaches in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started at my company we were having difficulties parsing our sales data to make informed decisions. Once we got things sorted we were able to start looking at our successes and failures and focus our attention on our strengths as a business development team. We also added ways to score our opportunities and make better plans for the future of contract closures. Our teams time management has gotten better too—though we still have a ways to go before that's entirely managed.

More option to customise list views needed

More options to customise layouts will be helpful to resolve some user interface issues

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is much more robust than what we previously used and the ability to connect with customers in meaningful ways has improved so much. There is constant growth and improvements as well as a huge ecosystem of apps and integrations. We are growing because of Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many options and flexibility with Sales Cloud, and that can make usage and roadmapping challenging for our smaller team. But there is lot of support in the community and you just have to stay on top of the change and growth.

Creates great pipelines for high value sales, and keeps team on track.

The thing that I don't like is the licensing costs for Salesforce sales cloud advanced features that can be a concern from a budget standpoint for small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps the sales team track lead to cash very efficiently. Forecasting is something our company needs to explore. We are using out of the box and so far it working good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration and many instances make it difficult for the company Cisco acquires. There should be an easier way to do that

I'm new to Cisco all I know is we are using sales cloud for helping sales team to increase our Recurring revenue
