What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its robust set of tools for lead management and opportunity tracking. The platform's intuitive interface and powerful automation capabilities contribute to streamlined sales processes, ultimately enhancing productivity and facilitating more informed decision-making.

Sales Cloud keeps all the sales data very organized and reportable. Love the ability to customize to fit the organization's need and automate business process.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Sales Cloud at the moment.

Keeping everything organized in one place.
CRM that goes beyond “Customer”
What do you like best about the product?
Move from Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and Franklin planners (!) to enable your sales teams to both acquire new logos and grow current book of business both efficiently and effectively. All the data you need is at your fingertips anywhere you can access the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration from a legacy system may be difficult and result in abandoned fata or needing to maintain a separate historical archive - esp for activities and files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales leaders are able to view on demand - and in real time - the status of leads and opportunities as the qualification and sales cycle progresses. We use account teams for sales execs to work together to solve customer problems as a trusted partner not just a vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
A platform for all customer,leads,marketing, customer service which helps with optimised account management which results in satiated customer base whoes delighted to have it all covered up as per their requirement. Over the last year's Salesforce has incorporated number of our of box functionality to make sure it adds more and more value to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the first thing would definitely be the expense it incurs which really is a pain point for smalled business and a low budget project really needs to look for other options.
Not an easy tool to learn so a lot of training is involved to make it accessible for all Sales rep out in the market.

One shop for all account information for sure makes user/customer management easier and helps us make informed decisions around it and always helps to have better roadmap ahead!!
Great system that is highly configurable.
What do you like best about the product?
We love Sales Cloud for its ability for us to build our customer sales processes with no code and high funcionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a fairly pricy solution and you need an admin to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of sales tracking and long term deals that we put into the system. We also use it for Loan Origination.

Easy to use. Out of the box functionalities that will cover 80% of your sales process

Best fonctionalities comes with enterprise licenses and not all type/size of organisation's can afford it
