This tool allows sales reps to easily plan their day and make the most of their time out in the field.

Configuring layers can take some time, but once they're set up they're easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to learn and use. Became an admin by just following trailheads and applying my vision into daily work. User friendly, simple views and flows smoothly

Calendar is locked down to much and wasn't able to use for basic daily jobs

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is great for managing customers, sales, and company accounts. The dashboards and reports are so helpful for sales teams that can make their job smoother and quicker. other advantage is it can also work with other apps and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to use without proper training, sometimes there are so many features that it's confusing. I wish it was more self explanatory or straightforward. The cost and maintenance is also so high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to track the performances and helps to identify where to improve. Also helps us to predict future sales based on historic data.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing ecosystem with lots of customers, partners, and products--including some of the best integrations. If there's something you want to do, you can likely do it with salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to do just about anything, and the scale of the platforms means that there is no one "right way" to do anything, and without proper guidance, you may have a solution that is fragile or not scalable.

A centralized CRM to track leads, customers, and lots of other miscellaneous data.

We love Sales Cloud. The ability to streamline the sales process and provide the tools needed to help the company grow is such a great tool. The flexability and the automation allows for ease of processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's often slow and load times can be frustrating especially with reporting if you have a lot of data. This statement says it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving towards a lot of AI. It would be great if more options were included. We just started using Pipeline and Lead Intelligence. We love the insight both of these provide. We also have all our client billing integrated in Sales Cloud.
