The way it is structured objects, specially Products and Opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
As a long time sfadmin (2021), the setup UI and how easily we can support our business requirements is one of the reasons I love Salesforce, along with certs, trailhead and the community we can solve anything!

Duplicate management is a struggle, not easy for the business to easily manage the data

What do you like best about the product?
I first implemented Sales Cloud 10 years ago to gain better insights into sales data and enable more advanced reporting. Sales Cloud comes with so much out of the box and is super easy to customise without code. The user interface is intuitive and modern.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is a relatively new expensive product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us proactively monitor our sales pipeline, produce forecasts, and report on our data easily.
