How easy it is build tools to support your sales team and time to market is very quick and organizing and prioritizing on serving your customers. You can build features in a day or 2

The downside is like organizing and connecting different data sources even though there are capabilities to integrate it is hard to centralize and provide 360 view on an enterprise setup

It is proving clear cti integration, all the sales tools like pipelines activity management, reports dashboards, coaching and guiding new teams. Make sure the customer is getting high quality service

Scalability. It offers many different options from small teams to large teams. Leveraging experts, like Platinum Cubed really helped me get the most out of my solution.

Working with Salesforce AEs can be challenging sometimes. I wish I could buy the products I need without interaction with them. Consultants are where the knowledge is!

Managing a team and organizing deals across the team. It also helps with managing the lifetime conversations with our clients. Managing turn over is critical for consistency.
