Before use salesforce, we manage our customer by excel. Register, update and share. These all thing are worked in local by excel. But now, we use it by online. We can use these data 24-7 anywhere. It's amazing

Its simple and easy for the end user to manage and track their opportunity pipeline

I get lots of feedback from reps that it can be a bit "clunky" to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate just how flexible the tool is, when I started as an admin, the ability to teach myself the platform via trailhead and then be able to apply that knowledge directly to my own work production instance so quickly was incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is a fantastic tool overall, one area for improvement could be its pricing structure. For smaller businesses or startups, the cost can be a bit steep, especially when considering additional features or user licenses. Offering more flexible pricing options would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data transparency is difficult in our industry (adtech) given the complexity of performance data. Sales cloud allows us to summarize those metrics in a clear and concise manner to better inform our sales reps actions with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud can meet the business needs at the business level and scale with the business. Salesforce has exposed process dificiencies and aligned across departments to do better for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an Admin setup is often cumbersome and we should have the ability to build documentation where we are building.

Bringing data together for the team to analyze at their level.
