It is easy to configure and adapt to your business. Recurring updates of the base application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite never have reached, the application API call limit can be a downside, specially in heavy API usage orgs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitor and reports are easy and very useful

What do you like best about the product?
One Centralized Silo of information, available on multiple devices. Briliant user interface and huge capacity for escalation on the salesforce ecosystem and external integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can be somewhat of a bummer for users which need the same info as a power user but that use salescloud rarely. Additionaly it could be a bit overwelming to keep up with all ther new functionalites .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales cloud show always uptodate info, and is used extensively increasing the productivity of the sales representatives. Management also takes advantage of the centralized info.

I don't see any downside, love the product using for many years

Hard to locate things sometimes especially in areas where access is related

With the ongoing AI trend, hoping to see more and more AI features get embedded OOTB.

Ensuring our business users can create contacts/accounts and utilize third party invesor applications via integrations. We also create automations to streamline repetitive business processes
