Sales Cloud's flexibility and customizability are key to our business
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a blank canvas that we can customize for each segment of our organization. It's easy for newcomers to use and there are a lot of great tools for admins to automate sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be challenging to stay on top of all the new features, updates, etc., especially for a team without a full-time admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our various organizations all used separate CRMs before. Now, they are all in Salesforce, using the same data and collaborating more than ever before. Salesforce also offers very robust automation options through Flow, we use automations to make tasks simpler/quicker, as well as to keep data accurate across the CRM.

The flexibility and customizabilty as a platform and not just a niche solution

Sometimes products or add ons are priced in a way that's inaccessible to clients

Allowing teams to collaborate and track progress on various opportunities across clients

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using sales cloud for over 15 years and the features out of the box are more than you could ask for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being so customizable it gets overwhelming.

I like all of it. It's growing too fast.

Sales cloud is good for features like Opportunities and Products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opportunity Close Dates don't lock when an Opportunity is closed. This often confusing for end users using Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to close Opportunities faster.
Creating meaningful Flows
What do you like best about the product?
Having information about your customers is key. Salesforce allows our team to have the ability to source valuable insights quickly and with minimal clicks, start sales or resolution actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, we are limited by business processes, so it's less about the actual product limitations.

Knowing my customer.
Great power with no responsibility
What do you like best about the product?
As an architect, I have worked on few CRM solutions. Salesforce Sales Cliud is handsdown the most innovative and powerful platform. I am calling it platform because it provides so many tools and ability to customize it as per your needs. With Einstein and Genie inteoduction, this is super hero stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Governor limits are my biggest trouble whie dealing with implemtnting a solution especially where we are dealing with single org strategy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud his enabling us to make better sales, helping agents by automating repeatitive work, providing suggestions and organizing all data in one place.

Not really anything to dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud

Day to day activities for sales rep are much streamlined.
We migrated to Sales Cloud last year from our home grown CRM
What do you like best about the product?
We migrated to Sales Cloud from our custom CRM. So far we are very happy with the capabilities, features Salesforce offers. Our Sales Process is automated and looking forward to launch Salesforce CPQ for our sales team this year.

I don't have anything to add here as I am happy with Sales Cloud so far.
