Lightning email templates can't reference any object

Sales cloud helps to bring customer data to one place and track who interacts with a customer and when. Provides visibility on sales cycle. Management is usually very exited seeing reports and dashboards that they can customize themselves.

I like that is brings my international team tighter and work in real collaboration also as it is cloud bases we can really work from anywhere

Price keeps getting higer every year and useful functionality is not cheap

It has a great user interface and it's easy for reps to use

I don't like how hard it is to change things. Forecasting is bad.

I like the strong comuunity that backs the product the best. Their is always someone out in the blue that can help you with whatever salesforce problem that arises.

Sometimes the sytem's ease of use does get in the way of custom solutions.

Salesforce offers an all in one solution to managing customer relations that takes several other platforms combined ability to match

There are so many features that it's hard to keep up

We need a centralized place for leads from our various integrations. It's very easy to integrate external systems into Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful part of Sales Cloud for me is that I can fully customize apps and layouts for my clients' needs. It always puts smile and amusement on many faces on demo sessions :)

I think sometimes performance of test environments could be better.

The most beneficial feature for me is that I can track both performance and quality of data provided by the users and fix data issues on the go.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Sales Cloud is incredibly powerful, its extensive customization options can make initial implementation complex, especially for larger organizations with unique business processes. It requires careful planning and a deep understanding of both business and Salesforce capabilities to ensure that the system is set up correctly.

Salesforce allows me to forecast appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?
The best option to choose sales life cycle in the sales cloud. The Convertion process Lead become Account and contact and the company name should be opportunity name.

Very expensive to purchase and not easy to install.

The lead convertion process and assign the task to a particular agent .
