What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce continues to innovate the worlds best CRM. The workflow automation, AI integration, and interoperability with apps and platforms is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downsides to report. It is leaps beyond other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables our business development team the tools necessary to strategically prospect, and provides convenient reports and dashboards to measure their success.

Easy of use, centralizing Sales data, automating processes for Sales users.

The amount of $$ you gave to spent to use anything outside of the basic Sales Cloud offerings. Even though we've already purchased Unlimited.

Centralizing Sales data, automating every day Sales tasks and actions, and giving leadership a centralized location to view the data.

The platform offers straightforward customization options, making it suitable for both enterprises and small businesses. It provides a comprehensive 360-degree view of customer details, and its user-friendly interface ensures that end users can navigate it with ease.

There isn't anything particularly noteworthy to mention. However, it might be somewhat challenging for new users to get accustomed to.

Sales reps have the tools they need to complete a sale, and keep current customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
New users can feel intimidated by using SalesForce before realizing how easy it is to use.

Keeps our employees on the same page. Reps are able to get data from our other clouds to have a good overview of all that is going on with a client.
