What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to customize your org and report on your data with dashboards. Also Trailhead provides great free training to continue learning to further optimize your org.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a brand new beginner it can feel a little overwhelming, but it is becoming more and more intuitive with each release cycle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all our contacts organized and accessible, making it easy to communicate with them and track the history of interactions with the customer

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sales Cloud is the amount of data that can be stored and tracked throughout the tool. Not to mention how easy it is to sync that data to Marketing Cloud to drive more impactful marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is a beast, and with that comes a slough of different ways to accomplish various tasks. It can sometimes be difficult to remember how to navigate some of the tools that are used less frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is providing our teams with a single location to manage their interactions with prospects. This allows us to monitor and measure performance in real-time to make informed decisions when indicated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is specifically you focused on enabling sales teams, and getting a solid return on investment. The customization is great and goes hand-in-hand with the automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't really have a strong complaint or dislike about this product. I recommend it and use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to organize territories, detail, automations, coordinate teams, create an optimized projections, and overall raise sales efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found that Salesforce can be customized to do ANYTHING I need from it. Initially, the out-of-the-box experience was not ideal for the unique sales model and workflow that governs our business. It took some time, but after learning the deep capabilities of the platform, I have been amazed at what I can do with it. It has evolved into a tight fitting glove that fits every contour of our business.

I'm a huge fan. This is a powerful platform. Do not under estimate Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is amazingly powerful software that has evolved awkwardly over time. The wide-ranging feature set can do anything you need, but it takes effort to figure out. The admin interface and toolset are very inconsistent and unnecessarily complex.

Additionally, the child-like "cutesy" branding is distracting and annoying. It undermines the professional competency of the platform.

However, the worst problem of all are the rotten politics of the corporate team. I daily find it difficult to support such a woke organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce gives us bulletproof workflow and sales tracking. The customizable CRM has become mission critical for us.

I like that it's an easy to learn as I haven't been trained and learned a lot on my own.

I don't really have any dislikes so far.
