Salesforce is the best way to track your data

What do you like best about the product?
Opportunities and their lifecycles are completely covered by Sales Cloud. From understanding what's coming in, what's been booked, and what to expect. It's flexible and easy to use and customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely an investment involved and a learning curve. I think every org using Salesforce needs a dedicated admin, and that can be expensive. But it is worth it for the insights and organization it can give you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an easy, clear, obvious way to understand your data, see what opportunities are coming in, and help you plan for the future.

Sales Cloud has made our Sales process so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
We use a CPQ solution that integrates so well with the Sales Cloud and makes it so we can track everything on the standard objects with ease while also using custom objects to accomplish our business processes. Using Salesforce as the model of operation for the CPQ solution has helped us with low code solutions to different business use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about Sales Cloud. It's highly customizable, but I will say there is almost too much out of the box. Being given all the Lego pieces without needing to use them all can be tough to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to forecast for our sellers has been great to see what deals might need more attention and what sellers might need more coaching.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the ecosystem. You can use the data for Sales Cloud for every department and it will become the source of truth at your firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to implement without a designated team and project timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, productiving and communication. It really helps sales managers help out sales reps to close deals using chatter on records.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been one of the best possible Sales solution for all industries. With a lot of robust features, when powered with Omnistudio, it becomes the most powerful solution.while
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are no major issues with this cloud, it wohld become way more powerful once Omnistudio is integrated by default for all Business processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solving a major problem where our Client wanted an Omni channel solution which can be used by Sales Reps and clients. Experience cloud on top of Sales cloud helps in achieving a lot of efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a dynamic way to collaborate not only for sales but between all of our internal business partners. Our marketing teams and operations team are examples of users for this platform. It is limitless in opportunities for use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Historical setup is difficult to manage and maintain if you were not part of the process and do not know where / what was done. Not enough back of the house reporting to identify these

Management and the lost information with employee turnover

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has given our Sales teams a huge advantage when working with our customers and finding new customers. It is very inuitive and easy for our users. We rely on Sales cloud everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features, we have not been able to tap into them all yet. Our team has not had the chance to receive training on all the ways it can benefit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently implementing AI in to business practices, Sales Cloud with Einstein is our core focus. It is also helping our small sales team manage our large, diverse customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
Couple with Data Cloud we have been able to unlock so many new insights to our service sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not free. Managing some features, mostly the newer features is sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now capable of turning service history into a massive library of knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I love sales cloud for its ease of use, makes our business users happy, increase in revenue. We are in the process of migrating from our home grown crm to salesforce crm and it's been an amazing implementation journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it's touch expensive, bringing down the price a bit could be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transitioning from home grown crm to salesforce crm has helped us a lot from maintainance perspective, ease of use and helped with productivity.
