What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with on premise CRM before and salesforce for sure stands out since it is a cloud based system. The security model is aptly designed to layer different aspect of the access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics need to be a bit better. The report and dashboards are improving but we still have to find external tools to generate the analysis better and in detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling faster lead generation and tracking.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a more advanced way of adding products to opportunities. At the moment if a client wants something slightly more complex, CPQ is the only option which can sometimes be overkill and adds a ton of tech debt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it encourages Sales people to do what they do best which is selling! It gets rid of a lot of the technical overhead for the sales person

Sales Cloud brings new avenues of collaboration and AI driven recommendations to support selling teams in a modern world.

I see lots of organisations using tools like Dynamics and Siebel who are missing out on modern Sales tools and automations

I love how customizable the platform is! Sky is the limit and I'm always able to deliver efficient solutions to the business.

Governor limits and other restrictive limits for objects and reports.

I like the ability to leverage Salesforce data in heroku linked apps - it is really simple to do and super powerful

Admins need a fair amount of training- although this is available.and Heroku requires custom coding.

It provides the memory and history of my client interactions that are essential for sales.

Salesforce maps is a great way to organize how our sales managers view accounts around regions

The ability to organize prospects in different sectors, based on search parameters.

Not necessarily a dislike, just a bit challenging to learn at first glance.

Some of our clients are home based where others are store front, the ability to filter and separate each based on the type has helped with planning meetings with clients.
