What do you dislike about the product?
It is very sales centric and does have adoption to other clouds like campaigns in the marketing cloud. Contracts with service cloud. I like the improvements in data mapping

Lead scoring and helping rep with cadence and next best actions and help them sell more.

Pipeline management, territory management and insights into deal closure. Helps provide our resourcing team with the right information to staff the projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The sales cloud works great for our sales organization. It allows us to create different record types to organize the business processes efficiently and manage required fields by sales segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could use some work. It seems like there are a lot of clicks for sales reps and it's not the prettiest or most seamless experience for sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud allows us to create efficient sales processes for our different sales channels. By the use of record types, we are able to create required fields & build automations to best suit our sales needs.
Most versatile platform for member communication
What do you like best about the product?
As an IT professional Salesforce is the most valuable platform for our business. The platform can be customized and maintained by employees quickly which allows all teams to role out new features quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to wait for new opportunity features to be available for leads. The wait is usually short but once we see new features my team can't wait to get our hands on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One main function for my credit union is customer support. Our contract center uses Salesforce to services members calling in for account assistance. Right now they have to look up information in eight different systems. We are working hard to consolidate all that data into salesforce so the contact center can work all with Salesforce.

To provide useful data and dashboards you have to have high quality data. SalesForce solves this by creating intuitive interfaces for our sales people to provide quality data on leads and customers. When they see this data actually being used and helping them it crates another incentive to provide more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Change is always hard. Even though you are not happy with your existing product it is hard to drive change and make people take the time to learn the new platform. We are a new customer so I still don't have realized the limitations and things that we miss. Hopefully none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information on customers to other teams like sales engineering and trust & safety to understand relationship with customer, spend and key stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's super customizable and easy to learn how to use. The support does a great job of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
My issue is that we're using NPSP on top of it so we've had to invest in turning off that functionality. I'd love to experience it wihr that.

I use to have problem with my consultants on how to find some informations, but it was training only.

The 1% give back on the technology. I have empowered dozens of small nonprofits get best a in class CRM for free or low cost. The platform is unbeatable and gives back!

My clients need a single lens for there sales data and Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great start. It gives them the basics to start transforming there data into structured analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM giving you a 360 view of your customer from anywhere. It enables the sales team to manage sales from the office or on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more seemless integrations with Microsoft teams.
