Salesclod provides the basic building blocks to help build, automate business process. It allows for gathering insights to help further optimize and generate insights to users to take action. With the introduction of AI, it unlocks insights that the team didn't even realize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the different clouds are better integrated to help streamline end-to-end processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help capture leads, prospect, opportunity management and contracting. Build integrations with other enterprise applications to create a 360 view of the customer with CRMA to provide contextual insights to the users.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can truly be molded to fit the needs of your organization. We have created new apps, pages, and record types to accommodate the small or large differences between the specific teams in our growing org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team does not have a dedicated Salesforce admin in house, so occasionally we encounter errors that are more quickly solved by greater SF expertise. Thankfully, Premier Support has been a helpful resource for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce has increased efficiency for our team by becoming a "one stop shop" for sales, underwriting, and marketing teams. Access to Sales Cloud discourages fragmented information stored in less accessible or convenient drives.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud and Order Managemnt does simply the things and make order fulfillment easier
What do you dislike about the product?
So would like more flexibility in customizing the delivered order managment flows and lightning we components which are used in screen flows.

There is no limit to what you can do on the Salesforce platform, there is only a limit to your time and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
You'll frequently search for an answer to a problem and find an idea on the idea exchange for exactly your problem that is 15 years old. There is a disconnect between what the customer base wants and what Salesforce actually pushes out.

Tracking of emails - benefits me in a way that I can easily see who opened the email I sent.

How easy it is build tools to support your sales team and time to market is very quick and organizing and prioritizing on serving your customers. You can build features in a day or 2

The downside is like organizing and connecting different data sources even though there are capabilities to integrate it is hard to centralize and provide 360 view on an enterprise setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is proving clear cti integration, all the sales tools like pipelines activity management, reports dashboards, coaching and guiding new teams. Make sure the customer is getting high quality service
