What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers lots of tools for managing customer relationships, streamlining sales processes, and enhancing team collaboration.
Its customizable dashboards are nice and automation features, and comprehensive analytics contribute to efficient sales ops.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup and customization process is a bit complex. Quiet pricey. Main complaint. Tools are getting harder to search up and getting lost and thus not used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us manage sales for a social media company across hundred of clients and agencies. Simple UI keeps it all streamline.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and intuitive. If you have been in most modern system, you will probably know how to use Salesforce and its products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive and they try to sell you on everything. They have a lot of different clouds and tools that they push but it is not always the best in class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database for our sales data and customer information. It is the source of truth for anything relating to customer data.

Easy to use for end users, and even easier to build processes and automations for admins

To maximise value it's best if other business functions also operate on Salesforce

It helps me keep all my prospects and customers organized, and I can manage my tasks on a daily basis to keep me in line.

Sometimes it will integrate too many applications, and get a little overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce Maps every day. The geospatial visualisation capabilities enable our team to plan client visits, lead follow-ups, identify patterns and highlight where we need to focus. Route optimisation reduces travel time, maximising the number of visits by giving the ability to plan and optimise routes based on factors such as distance and traffic.
The seamless integration with Salesforce CRM keeps our client data in one location making it easy to access up-to-date information and measure performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our current use of maps works well. There is nothing we dislike.
The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the implementation process was relatively straightforward. Any issues we had were quickly resolved by a quick Google search or some help from Customer Support.

The main issue Salesforce Maps has solved for us is inefficient route planning. Now we can streamline our day minimising travel time, maximising client visits and identifying nearby opportunities.

Additionally, the platform's pricing structure can be a concern for smaller companies, especially if they don't utilize all of its features to justify the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sales Cloud for my daily operations to keep organised and manage my pipeline. I couldn't imagine not having a tool like this. What I love about Salesforce especially is the reporting capability and the dashboards I can creat to manage my team.

It has a learning curve like any platform. You need to put some time in to make the most of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of my teams opportunities in real time. Ability to drill down easily and reference activity to understand what is happening.

What do you like best about the product?
How easily we can configure and adapt to our company's needs and ways of working from capturing leads to actual sales opportunities. Smooth, imole and highly visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having automated backup and not having option of deploying and using it on our own cloud or datacenter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly visibility and speed. Data is well structured and captured in a way that works fine for our business.

The cost!! 🤣 obviously cost is out weighed by the increase in sales and also productivity gains.
