It is a great CRM tool that integrates with other tolls we use. This cuts down on the amount of systems we need
Granular Resource Insights and Fast, Easy Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful pointers are that we can quickly introduce multiple fields for a particular case with which we can later pull attributes related to the level of effort or a resource's utilization to great granularity. One more thing is the ease creating dashboards and pull relevant insights very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as such but sometimes the functionality of internal tabs getting opened when ever anew case is opened or chatter or any other objects seems a bit difficult to manage sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my experience, it helps a lot with pulling ad hoc reports very quickly, which in turn supports better utilization of my resources.

What do you like best about the product?
It's dashboard is very helpful that all data is visible on single window. Tracking is easy with this, reduces teams follow-ups. Customization according to our need is helping us to use this at fullest.

Proper training required for using its features, without training it is difficult.

Best CRM software, helping us to achieve customer satisfation. Reduces manual efforts to manage multiple client and very easy to track all work project wise. Also it's dashboard helping to view real time data in minimum time.

I really like how Agentforce Sales keeps everything organized in one place, making it easy to track leads and follow up on opportunities without any confusion. The automation features are a huge time-saver for repetitive tasks, and I find the reporting incredibly useful because it provides clear insights into performance, which supports better decision-making. It definitely makes my work more structured and efficient. Additionally, switching to Agentforce Sales has helped us centralize our sales data, improve pipeline visibility, and automate many manual tasks, making our workflow much more structured and scalable. I also appreciate that despite the company size being in the mid-range, with around 200–500 employees, it scales nicely as our needs increase without any major issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the initial learning curve—it can feel a bit overwhelming at first with so many features and configurations. Sometimes the interface also feels a little cluttered, especially when trying to find specific details quickly. Customization is powerful, but setting it up can take time and may require technical support. Additionally, reporting can be slightly complex for beginners. With a more intuitive UI and simpler setup for reports, it would be even better.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Agentforce Sales easy to use with a very simple and clean interface where all options are visible on the screen. I haven't faced many challenges finding anything in the app. The AI feature automates repetitive tasks, which helps to close deals faster by allowing me to focus more on selling and less on manual work. The automation handles tasks like data entry, follow-ups, and lead scoring, which saves time and helps me make better decisions. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI suggestions aren’t perfectly accurate, and the system can feel complex to set up and customize. Also, it can be expensive for smaller teams. The complexity mainly comes from setting up workflows, automation rules, and custom fields—there are many options, and it often requires technical knowledge or admin support.

What do you like best about the product?
For our finance team, the standout feature is the seamless integration between sales activity and our accounting workflows. The AI-driven insights in Agentforce have significantly improved our revenue forecasting accuracy. It has made month-end reconciliation much faster because I can see a clear audit trail of every deal. I also really value the customizable permission sets, which let us give the sales team the data they need without exposing sensitive financial backend info.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI / UX can be a bit overwhelming for new users because there are so many features and sub-menus to navigate; it definitely requires a learning curve. I’ve also noticed that performance can dip slightly when we are running very large, complex financial reports or data exports, which can be a bit frustrating during busy month-end periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Agentforce, we struggled with fragmented data and manual revenue tracking, which led to inconsistencies during audits. Now, the platform acts as a single source of truth for both sales and finance. The Pricing / ROI is justified by the significant time saved we’ve reduced our manual data entry by roughly 20% thanks to the automated workflows. While the initial Support / Onboarding required a dedicated time commitment to map our accounts correctly, the long-term benefit has been a much more accurate and predictable financial pipeline
