What do you like best about the product?
I love the Salesforce Sales Cloud for its flexibility and depth. It adapts incredibly well to different sales models, industries, and team sizes and fits perfectly for our sales team. The ability to customize objects, automate processes with Flow, and build meaningful dashboards gives both sales reps and leadership exactly what they need. The ecosystem is another huge plus—AppExchange, integrations, and constant innovation make it a platform that keeps growing with your business. Overall, the application has ease of use and Salesforce's customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the application can get complex with performance issues as the organization usage grow. So pre-planning to handle complications should be done to handle it. The implementation could be challenging as well without pre-evaluation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of scattered sales data and inconsistent processes. It brings our leads, opportunities, activities, forecasting, and reporting into one trusted system of record. This benefits us and our clients by improving visibility, accountability, and forecasting accuracy. Salesforce Sales Cloud can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users, because it has many features and options. Some advanced configurations and reports may require training or admin support.

What do you like best about the product?
It pulls all your messy data together into one clean “single source of truth,” so you don’t have to waste time hunting down files. It also uses AI to automatically spot trends and forecast future sales, which saves you from having to build every report by hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has strict “governor limits” that can abruptly halt your work if you try to process too many records at once. The built-in reporting tools are often too clunky for deeper analysis, which ends up pushing you toward expensive add-ons just to get the clear insights you need.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how the app displays opps, and I also appreciate the integration options it offers with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to have a link that takes me directly to our clients’ most recent agreement, instead of having to go into Opportunities every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me so much time when it comes to finding information about our clients. It also gives me a good idea of the other touchpoints someone else in the company has had with the same client.

Love being able to easily go from account/contact/opp/etc with SFDC cloud

I really like about Salesforce on tracking my project and working hours. It makes my time management much easier because I can exactly see where every lead is in the pipeline. Having a single source of truth for our project milestones and team task help me/us stay organized and hit our deadlines consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the project management interface feels a bit cluttered, which can make quick time management update like feel like a chore. There is a steep learning curve in setting up automated tracking and I wish the time logging features were a bit more intuitive for daily administrative tasks without needing so many clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my problem by centralizing all my project tracking and communication into a single platform. This benefits my by improving my time management, as I no longer waste hours. With a real-time dashboard, I can visualize my project milestones clearly and focus my energy on high-priority tasks that drive results.
