The simplicity is what makes it effective; it functions well as long as it isn't taken too far.

I still find the distinction between leads, opportunities, and contacts to be confusing and somewhat frustrating.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the Salesforce Sales Cloud for its ability to unify communication and processes across our organization. It effectively turns meetings into messages, ensuring everyone remains connected and informed. The setup provides a plethora of options, making it flexible for revamping processes or migrating existing ones.

I dislike the lack of better internal messaging integration with third-party platforms.

Kanban views are great to manage opportunities

I find it frustrating that certain native features, such as the probability percentage shift, are unavoidable and cannot be disabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool allows us to monitor our pipeline in a more organized and consistent manner.

What do you like best about the product?
