We use Sf sales cloud to integrate with our transportation system. Great product to bring in data and create custom business related UI.

Licensing, but I'm glad that there 5 free integration licenses that we can use 👍

Salesforce ease of use has allowed me to move from Sales rep to operations manager because it is so easy to use and learn without a coding background

Converting the lead to multiple records like opportunities, contacts and account, it helps me to have a historical of the movements that the customer have been through

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is an infinitely adaptable platform. I've worked with Hubspot, Zoho, and other crm tools and Salesforce is the only one where I truly feel confident that I can deliver what my users want and need and what management is looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is very limited. Use of a tool like Power BI or Tableau is the only way you're going to get a good visualization of your data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are easily able to enforce salespeople following the appropriate process and entering all data necessary to follow through on a deal. We've significantly reduced issues of salespeople going rogue with pricing since enforcing products and prices on opportunities.
If you’re new to CRM, Sales Cloud is the way to go!
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud, is firstly the only CRM that I feel has not only the friendliest UI, but provides all users the visibility to what they want to see, and with the right admin, can be very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find that admins with not a lot of experience find themselves not leveraging the tools that they need and executives have a tendency to just request reports, when in reality, if they leveraged other apps and dashboards, they'd be able to use those insights. There is a decent amount of analysis needed to use the tool effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud gives everyone the visibility to sales information to drive decisions, a challenge that with other CRM was hard because of the lack of mobile access, as well as friendliness. Also the ability to report is huge!

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a blank canvas that we can customize for each segment of our organization. It's easy for newcomers to use and there are a lot of great tools for admins to automate sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be challenging to stay on top of all the new features, updates, etc., especially for a team without a full-time admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our various organizations all used separate CRMs before. Now, they are all in Salesforce, using the same data and collaborating more than ever before. Salesforce also offers very robust automation options through Flow, we use automations to make tasks simpler/quicker, as well as to keep data accurate across the CRM.
