What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is easy to use from both an Admin and Sales team perspective. We are able to generate leads & opportunities very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Working in healthcare means salescloud has its limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaign management and ROI of these campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
How everything is integrated in one place including account opportunities quotes orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I loved it how it works however a feature which allows creating quote in one click would have been better.

It is solveing smooth sales process for me team. Starting from lead generation to order placement

like its all intergration at one place for object like account, opportunity, code, order.

Need performance improvement. Having one point click for code creation could be better for easy use.

It's solving smooth sales process for my team, starting from Lead generation to order placement.

The way Sales cloud changes the business parameters. Sales cloud makes it easy to capture leads from various sources and prioratise based on scoring and help to convert into Opportunities to increase sales

What do you like best about the product?
The visibility and ease of access to all of our internal data
What do you dislike about the product?
For me personally, most of my issues arise from the high level of customisation that our company uses within Salesforce - not really anything specific I dislike myself within standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues of data sharing between our Sales, Customer Care, Marketing and Supply Chain teams. It's of a great benefit that we have the ability to share all of our information so that each department has visibility.
