Easy to use from day one
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which you can communicate data points to your C suite, ability to create different permissions for different sectors. The ability to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsure of how to answer honestly. Pretty please with the options we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting and pipeline management. Better able to see ahead and solve problems before they become big issues.

Managing data through automation, creation of functional integrations, reporting across of all my data in meaningful and productive ways.
Salesforce Sales Cloud platform rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sales Cloud in Lightning experience! Visually attractive and so incredibly customizable; at this point, pretty much anything can be built on the platform. And with "configurable coding" (aka Flow), even non-developers can customize this CRM!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like. There are some org limits that I wish were higher, but overall there's nothing not to love!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loving how we can integrate any other system into Salesforce. We are working to make it a source of truth for our org.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integrations with other data sources, intuitive UI, easy implementation for basic features. Customer Support is much more immediate than it was years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many newer features still require a consultant for optimization. The basic tools do not, but consider this when budgeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency regarding client communications, ease of engagement, incorporation of other data sources via API. These things make it a lot easier to manage our business than other tools we have used.
One of the best tools on salesforce platform
What do you like best about the product?
It speed up the delivery process drasticly, we don't have to setup so many things thanks to sales cloud. We even build many of our own solution based on that, so we bring success to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe that, we cannot do everything that salesforce offers on every sobject that sales cloud provides so It requires some workarounds like approval process on quote line item.

Customer relation management, opportunity management, reporting on them and more.

The user interface gets a bit chunky when more actions and data items are added. Salesforce is meant to be used on a large screen or mobile app.
