Sales Cloud CRM is the best CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that all Salesforce users can access the same client information without having to jump back and forth to any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the product is quite straightforward and offers the best functionality, as well as the possibility to customize whatever you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data sharing amongst all departments in my company.
Awesome, powerful “Sales OS”
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is great on its own, but add the power of Flows, Apex and more, and you have an incredibly powerful platform to build Business Applications of any kind.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should come with better prebuilt reports & dashboards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage both marketi g and sales very efficiently and in a data informed/data driven way

Customizability! Amazing platform! I have made so many changes from where we started and I am so glad to be part of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Some functionality out of the box could be improved.

Nothing really, the only downside is Lightning is very slow

Sales cloud really helps our business grow in opportunity and leads. It's one of the best CRMs for our sales people to fully look at the market.

I would like more of a reporting tool for easy access.

It gives insight to our sales, people about leads and opportunities, and always chasing the deals

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to support the sales teams with automations that raise their quality of life. The insight on actions of the sales team drives sales coaching and discussions
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sales process of the team doesn't directly meet how Sales Cloud is traditionally configured. This means it requires additional steps to customize the system and the to keep it updated for the team that needs it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a central tool to capture sales activity for the progression of sales and the guidance of those sales groups.
I love this platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easily customizable and incredibly versatile. Training is unparalleled. Point and Click for Flows and Einstein for Flows is great! Wonderful support. We use it daily and have started implementing it in other areas of our organization, most recently for Accounting review.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn but it's worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementing this as a Single Source of Truth for Prospect and Client Management. We are building objects to assist accounting with tracking of various records. I am excited to really use the Einstein AI for flows.
Salesforce is the best way to track your data
What do you like best about the product?
Opportunities and their lifecycles are completely covered by Sales Cloud. From understanding what's coming in, what's been booked, and what to expect. It's flexible and easy to use and customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's definitely an investment involved and a learning curve. I think every org using Salesforce needs a dedicated admin, and that can be expensive. But it is worth it for the insights and organization it can give you

It provides an easy, clear, obvious way to understand your data, see what opportunities are coming in, and help you plan for the future.
Sales Cloud has made our Sales process so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
We use a CPQ solution that integrates so well with the Sales Cloud and makes it so we can track everything on the standard objects with ease while also using custom objects to accomplish our business processes. Using Salesforce as the model of operation for the CPQ solution has helped us with low code solutions to different business use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about Sales Cloud. It's highly customizable, but I will say there is almost too much out of the box. Being given all the Lego pieces without needing to use them all can be tough to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to forecast for our sellers has been great to see what deals might need more attention and what sellers might need more coaching.
