What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use software and real-time updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer service is very slow to respond
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is helping me organize my prospecting and keep up to date records for my accounts and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage your customer accounts and opportunities and track them via reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
it is not very fast and can take time to load

It helps with providing a unified view on all customers and helps track opportunities, leads, projects, contacts etc on one platform and assists salespeople manage their accounts and leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I would describe it as Flexibility. It can easily integrte other tool. Based on my experience, Using sales force integrated with Clari is the most powerful feature. It is very easy to use and the implementation is not complicated. You can get customer support any time as well. Both Sales Force and Clari are my morning routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't noticed any feature that I don't like. Maybe there are too much information but I think it is more about how to design the concept that suits the mission of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force is a single source of truth. we can find most customer related information in Sales Force. We can leverage these for sales anlalytics and business insight.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about sales cloud is the fact that now I only have to use one single system to quote and process customer´s orders, in addition I like the flexibility it has to integrate another apps in it to facilitate access and capture all activity and interaction within accounts, contacts, opportunities, leads, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about it at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we have to use many tools to get to one final point, now we have all centralized, easy to read and with visibility to all the steakholders within the company.

It is more expensive, but it is worth the investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud uses the sales data of the organization and it helps to develop the sales software and it keeps your information safer where you can use the filters to get out the details whenever it requires.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any issues while using the sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business running into the organizations but we unable to get the records of sales since last few years and with the help of sales cloud it works well into the software.

The flexibility, eveything seems feasible using Salesforce and is a platform that adapts perfectly to our needs.

It is a very complex platform that requires a full walkthrough/training with new teammembers
