It's costly compared to other crm system.
Einstein insights need some work. Doesn't provide flexibility to change dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization that the board and the 360 vision that helps our employees how to use the data for increase sales of credit and financial products.
It helps us to be before ours competitors to bring the correct products for our clients

The integration with legacy systems are so difficult and for this reason we have difficult to engage ours sponsors to increase other funcionalities from sales in per contract!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The 360 vision of the client, when we increase Copilot + marketing cloud will be possible to have a 360 view of our lead / prospect as only one person in our corporation

It's is the single source of truth and provides an overall health of the business.

Too complicated to implement enhancements. Data doesn't flow seemlessly between connected apps all the time.

Integrated approach on accounts with all information at one place where we can run campaigns and see how they are working at a high level.

Salesforce Sales Cloud not only the meets our business needs today, the continued innovation delivered through the product allows our sales teams to mature, evolve, and achieve in new ways.

The user administration can be time consuming if you need very specific but evolving user access permissions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to standardize the management process of business negotiations. The efficiency increases by following the model.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high. I think it can't be helped, but we will continue to provide more value than the price.

The process of business negotiations managed separately by sales is standardized, and the same figures can be aggregated.

Their all in one approach . From a Lead to Cash Workflow availability in Salesforce and intelligent ethical AI to provide the right impetus to Sales. Only issue is data lake access

Data lake access which is something salesforce is solving with Data Cloud . Ability to suggest more intuitive next best steps (customizable through Business Rules)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The alternative is unthinkable Excel or custom development . Always On and smooth upgrades are definite positives . With all in one place approach , sales teams are more productive

What do you like best about the product?
This helps sales reps have all their information about their clients in one place. Not only is it great for selling, but those in other departments will find it useful, such as those working in operations and those who work with internal stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't as granular as I would like it to be.

Whenever we have new hires, they can learn about their book of business easily
