Consistent and dependable experience accross multiple clients. Very good OOTB experience with min customization.

Customizing managed package and overriding defaults

Lead management is a great product. We have heavy dependency on it

Email to lead is still missing which is a key requirement

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sales Cloud for 17 years now and it continues to be best in class with regular product iterations to drive productivity and capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but you will need to keep up to date with Trailhead etc to be sure to leverage new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing overall line of sight into sales cycle.

Sales Cloud paired with NPSP enables us to track all Constituent data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is always more than one way to accomplish something using Salesforce which can be overwhelming at times.

Sales Cloud allows us to see a 360 view of our constituents.
