Consistent and dependable experience accross multiple clients. Very good OOTB experience with min customization.

I have used Sales Cloud for 17 years now and it continues to be best in class with regular product iterations to drive productivity and capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but you will need to keep up to date with Trailhead etc to be sure to leverage new features.

Providing overall line of sight into sales cycle.

There is always more than one way to accomplish something using Salesforce which can be overwhelming at times.
