Product is not stagnant and continue to evolve and modernize with automation & AI

What do you like best about the product?
very customizable to our sales process needs. we are able to eliminate other non-salesforce products to make sure that our sales touchpoints are together in a single platform and our data coming together in salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basics needs still need custom implementations/workaround
- Rollup fields only work for mostly master detail
- Dashboard filter is not great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have customers data easily represented in customizable dashboard and report and all the automation and integrations we can build help us become more connected with our customers

What do you like best about the product?
I've been enjoying putting a more formal process in place for a tenured company without a formal process. It is helping to have discussions to align processes and sales objectives and track win/loss rates and help strategize and shift priorities as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any, it's truely a powerhouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lack of process,

strategizing
centralizing national sales in one CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Can reach prospects, track user's actvities related to the sales process and get real time stats on prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The direct email messaging could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see what reps are doing, how they are communicating and if there is a trainging opportunity with closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Salesforce, it's such a great tool that is really customizable. I have been in Salesforce Ecosystem for about 5 years now and there have been so many improvements so it just goes to show that Salesforce is always growing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have many complaints, sometimes it can be a pain to get a full understanding of the Support on why things are blocked/why we can't do certain things, but in years it has got a lot better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce for a variety of Teams, mostly logging Accounts into the System and we use the opportunities for new business ventures.

What do you like best about the product?
Boomi can help your company save money. Cloud intregration is easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is important to learn the best way to use Cloud for your company. It can be time consuming to put the energy into understanding what the program can do for you company. It is not the programs problem but a user isue. How much time do most of have to explore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is designed to look up a client and it is hard to work a list since it defers to the top of the list again.

I love the flexibility, security and connectivity to other apps for visibility in one dashboard.

sometimes it can be slow. The login does not always cooperate.
