Auotmations for Prospect/Lead lifecycle management including Lead Conversion process.
What do you dislike about the product?
None currently. Most available features and automations assist sales teams.

Enhance Sales process through automations, features and metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and use for admins and users. It does require some knowledge of operations but smooth sailing if you don't over engineer the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Helpful to manage pipeline and sales revenue if it is you system of record. If it isn't your system of record it's complicated to get your financial reporting in sync for executive sponsor analytics. Investment in integrations is a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing pipeline opportunities and the activities of contacting customers during campaigns and initative tracking. This effort of campaigns also assists with our marketing automation efforts and lead gen.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has helped our team to bring together information that includes Lead generation, accounts and contact creation after lead is converted. It has made conversion very easy, we can track and monitor our leads and campaign monitoring has become easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is sometimes tough for new users, moreover integration with other systems is complex as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud has customizable workflows and automation tools that has streamlined sales process from lead generation to deal closure. For my project using sales cloud has benefitted alot as lead conversion and maintaing all the records afterwards has become easy and it has many point and click functions which has made it easy to use for end users as well.

Phone disconnects sometimes, takes a lot of effort to get back online

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers lots of tools for managing customer relationships, streamlining sales processes, and enhancing team collaboration.
Its customizable dashboards are nice and automation features, and comprehensive analytics contribute to efficient sales ops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup and customization process is a bit complex. Quiet pricey. Main complaint. Tools are getting harder to search up and getting lost and thus not used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us manage sales for a social media company across hundred of clients and agencies. Simple UI keeps it all streamline.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and intuitive. If you have been in most modern system, you will probably know how to use Salesforce and its products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive and they try to sell you on everything. They have a lot of different clouds and tools that they push but it is not always the best in class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database for our sales data and customer information. It is the source of truth for anything relating to customer data.
