What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is easy to use, easy to understand architecture that allows users to scale up easily
What do you dislike about the product?
New features pushed out are only 75-80% complete with lots of issues and needed workarounds

Keeping all interactions in one place and allowing us to collect and analyze data

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud helps the sales team at my org to keep track of deals, potential deals, revenue schedules and it has become the source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, Sales Cloud is a really incredible tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's unifying the data across my organization

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and clean. Easy to learn and aid users in adopting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having dynamic page abilities on all objects. Makes it very difficult to do dynamic loading of pages and forces us to have to write visual force. Also the Home Screen component of my tasks doesn't let you set it to all tasks. You can't edit or delete some list views, need to write custom apex code to immediately load an opportunity or product on creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company had little IT infrastructure, so moving away from spreadsheets, emails, etc is huge for us. And having our sales data in one place makes it much easier to build reports

What do you like best about the product?
It's always easy to search for and find opportunities and client accounts. Can also search customer stories with full text search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to review all similar opportunities in the past that are like my current opportunity or include certain skillsets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows easy integrations, we've been able to attach staffing plans to opportunities and integrate it with our skills search engine.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and customization offered by Salesforce is incredible. It makes the lives of our sales Team so much easier and they are able to focus on what they are good at, sales! The nose user friendly CRM I have found.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, more of a like, but there is so much offered by Salesforce that sometimes I worry we can't possibly take advance of everything!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud has allowed us to create a one stop shop, source of turth. We not longer have a fragmented set of tools for our Sales Team to use - we can integrate everything into Salesforce and prove rich content and actionable data for our Sales Team.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is flexible enough to support most b2b sales processes effectively, whether it is a straightforward process or something that is far more complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has grown quite a lot recently and it can be confusing knowing which tools to use specifically for a given purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in a sales role, and it helps me keep track of my deals, and provides me insights through Einstein for follow up.
