What do you like best about the product?
Most of the features are point and click config.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such at the moment. May be the lead conversion can be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capturing and easy integration with systems like braze

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and setup. Configuring additional fields and reporting capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce support and trying to figure out which category to select etc and the ticket moving across different departments and having to repeat everything again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between multiple systems. The ability to use Salesforce as the platform to link all these systems together

It is a product that exists and provides great value to its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont use it (enough). It integrates well with Marketing Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stores customer and interaction data which is useful for segmentation in Marketing Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud enables our sales team to deliver great custumer experiences by allowing our team to focus on our customers.

As business grows and adapts, it is easy for us to pivot and adapt the platform to continue supporting us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some aspects that can become complex to configure without partner support but the instances this occurs are generally quite limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling collection of customer information and enabling our sales team to track leads and nurture them.

What do you like best about the product?
Most useful features involve order management with pricebooks, opportunity management,lead management ,account and contact management.
The best part is it's the most loved and subscribed product of Salesforce, really good for enterprise customers to manage their orders
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricebook object has lotof limitations around automation and customisation,that really needs to be worked upon by Salesforce product team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of opportunity management & order management along with organizing account , contact

Easy to manage all our customers and track all our opportunities. It also is easy to connect to our integrated systems which is great for our company

Knowing not what fields include without clogging up the ui for our users

Being able to track
