There is no wrong fit for Salesforce Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
This Core CRM solves all today's problems and has solutions for all of tomorrow's as well. The price and feature scale with current needs, and ensure I'm always connected with a support team that helps me identify and overcome every challenge my business faces.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works if you work it. There is no "set it and forget it" CRM solution. Salesforce assigns each client a success architect but you have to know to ask for it. Work with your rep and you'll get far more than if you work against them.

Full forecasting and pipeline visibility work. System of record for all sales, service, marketing interactions and our core customer interaction data warehouse

Ease of use, ease of integration, numerous features and admin friendly.

Depending on the edition a business has, some features are not available.

Pipeline management, activity visualization; This allows an admin to quickly create reports and dashboards on the fly with the most recent data available.

Sales is part art and part science. Great sales people have a knack for the art. How do you know the science so you can grow? Sales cloud. When you put your data in SF, the system rewards you with insights that can help you grow your pipeline.

It's important to set up clear protocols to ensure data stays organized. That will make implementation easier and your users will adopt to using frequently.

Sales cloud becomes the ears and eyes for remote workers and their leaders.

Having used Salesforce Sales Cloud as an end user and an admin, it has unlocked a world of possibility in CRM. Easy and efficient to use!

There is a lot to learn and often feel that we aren't even using it to its full capacity! With time, we should be able to overcome this.
