Sometimes the desired functionality can't be achieved using the standard ootb and it becomes very difficult for the clients to maintain the custom code that is written

We are able to sell clients the insurance using Salesforce sales cloud and we are seeing the power of crm , using sales cloud clients is able to sell a lot to their customer

Simplified selling for our sales team by taking the guess work out of entering what products to sell, sales leads management, quote management and follow up. The fact that the team is asking for improvements to the workflow and we are able to do it with very little or no coding allows us to keep them happy by turning around their requests quickly.

Honestly, nothing that hasn't been able to workaround

Opportunity tracking, opportunity insights and the ability to track activity history on every contact (whether this be emails, calendar events, tasks, video calls, etc.). No other CRM implements this better.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. The platform is flexible enough to configure what you need, when you need it. No fluff.

No deals fall through the cracks anymore thanks to reminders and integration with Slack
