What do you like best about the product?
Been a transformative experience since my first sales role in 2002. Instant access to what I needed as a rep from anywhere, and easy enough to deploy from scratch as an admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
Virtually nothing - sales cloud is really great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently deployed using TargetX for delivered higher ed customizations. Currently drives admissions process for community college, planned explanation into other departments based on success in my department.

The ability to customize this product to suit a of our needs

Having to use a 3rd party to interface with our accounting software. It causes many glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always struggled getting good data, and getting it in a format that we could use. With Salesforce in place that problem is completely gone.

What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) capabilities via the native integration with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) continue to be a great solution for B2B marketing/lead generation. It's the easiest to use in the industry which drives great user adoption with Marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see even more investment/innovation for account-based marketing use cases, and additional native integrations with non-Salesforce marketing technologies.

Activating on email channels to increase audience engagement, and get leads ready for Sales, faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Maps has a variety of uses from territory management on a high level and on a salesperson level. Easy to use. Easy to implement

Time to load large queries is too long..

Saves time during route planning

Call planning capability is excellent . Myinsights has helped business and users get meaningful insights and analytics from customer engagements and helped improve successive interactions to enhance customer enagagement

Rheee is opportunity for UI / UX to be improved and more user friendly

User Experience creates easy buy in from team
What do you like best about the product?
Our team of leaders was instantly bought in with the ease of use of the dashboards. Being able to manage the teams and generate reports helps bridge the gap.

I do not have any experiences with negative items in Salesforce Maps!

Helping the field team stay in the know from leadership down.
Seamless and user friendly, great CRM for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows you to view recent activity, trends within an account and also create project opportunities from the account page. I've used other CRMs before and nothing has been as seamless as Sales Cloud

Nothing comes to mind at this time, love the platform.

Working in a large organizations that is industry agnostic sometimes an AE can be chasing the same account as you are and you are able to see all of the activity on that account in one place
