it has everything in one place - it's constantly evolving.

What do you dislike about the product?
their sales reps - ugh - we're a small company and we got a REALLY TERRIBLE REP who doesn't know left from right.
It's a shame - luckily for salesforce the product is so good that even a terrible rep can't hurt them

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Your regular CRM needs, revenue inteligence (gong like), email cadence (salesloft/outreach like), the automations are simply amazing and their new flow builder makes life a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
Here the sky is the limit, I love this tool because you can make customizations as needs arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to declare, I like it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It meets my demands very well, here I can have a 360 view of my client and the chances of closed and won opportunities have increased a lot.

Salesforce is a great. It does what it's supposed to do and is a good CRM and integrates with everything.

Wish Salesforce released more features like Hubspot has been doing.

It's our main CRM and works great for centralizing data.

I prefer Salesforce Classic and the push for Lightning is strong, but I'd really rather not transition.

I feel that the most useful aspect of the platform is its ease of sharing data, and the amount of data it can store seems to me to be the most useful feature of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that the server often crashes, which interrupts the data loading and the reporting that I usually do with that information stored in the Cloud.

with this platform, solve the concerns that users of our service have, store emails and customer data securely and quickly, yet I feel that the benefit is that the application allows me to track all the data automatically in a cloud..
