It will solve all your problems and you will be able to use your time more effectively.

Lot of sales features OOTB and platform capabilities which can be leveraged to build custom sales enables and processes

Not many , would require more extensions or features eg OCR etc

Ease of configuration, gather guided requirements and setting up is intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality is hard coded and requires custom coding to achieve desired results. This causes technical debt as we must maintain the custom code
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have worked with our business partners to develop and nurture their sales processes. Analytics quickly enable managers to coach their respective teams to increase sales

Ease of use for customer data entry and tracking tasks and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company training needs to better utilize SFA resources to train all sales people to use the software efficiently.

Sales data availability from anywhere to manage and close opportunities.
Sales Cloud as a single source of truth
What do you like best about the product?
All sales relevant data in one system. From a lead over an opportunity up to the order. You can identify relevant contacts and account to plan and optimize your sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Activating all features on Sales Cloud is not as easy at it might seem due to country regulations. You want to use Einstein? How is your data used? So far it is not clear how Saleaforce is using your customer data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can have a single source of truth for all your contacts and accounts. The history and connection between sales and service cloud is great and allows various employees worning simultaniously on various objects.
I have always had a smooth experience with the sales cloud.
What do you like best about the product?
Independence. I like how it empowers customers, enabling them to help themselves.Helps us small smarter and more efficient. Overall great platform and I've seen customers like it first hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UX could be a little more self explanatory espiclaly for smaller businesses it can be hard to control and manage. Even UI could use a little improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for more concurrent conversations with customers and a shorter sales cycle. The new AI assistant is very helpful as well could be a little improved but amazing platform.

Customer 360 view, easy to use, intuitive

You schould study to use it, but most of the trainings are free in Trailhead

All data in one place, fleet managers can collaborate on the same account all together

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to allow global teams to collaborate on opportunities, account needs/strategy and drive common learning within the system is truly powerful. The use of Account level chatter provides agility to our sales process that allows for a competitive advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
An imbedded account planning (strategy and action plans) would drive further value within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud addresses inadvertent silo creation across our global teams. We are able to ensure proper linkage of accounts, opportunities and teams across regions and sales teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful of Sales Cloud is to have all that you need in order to do business in a single place and all connected. Navigation through the differents features and information containers is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't something that I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud. Probably my main concern is how fast things change, and how fast we need to adopt the new features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business gold is to have all the interactions and information of our customers on a single place and being able to rely on that information. We cannot admin all that day without Sales Cloud

It is definitely pricy and the tier based pricing can feel a bit much
