Highly Configurable Sales Cloud with Strong Standard Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the foundation of standard objects and relationships that it provides for sales processes, and I love the configurability, especially flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Sales Cloud. It provides an awesome canvas to construct custom business processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me track engagements with clients from beginning to end.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud serves as a central CRM for managing all student-related tasks, offering one place for students to come in and do their work. Additionally, I value the combination of Salesforce Sales Cloud with Service Cloud, which helps with case management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud challenging because we were new to it. We had to rely on a partner to help us, especially with the integration work necessary to bring our data into the CRM. Additionally, there was a major gap for us because Salesforce did not have an education-specific package at the time, which meant we had to adapt the Sales Cloud for our university's needs.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud as a central CIM for managing student-related tasks, providing a unified platform for student interactions.
