What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility for integration of other products to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new incremental add-one can be pricey, which makes it tough to gain approval from senior leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides visibility into our producer base which helps our Sales team manage their territories.

Builds relationships and grows revenue all from a single source of truth. A lot of options for integration capabilities and a vast third party marketplace to choose from

Ability for sales users to track and manage their deals and contacts in one integrated experience, improving productivity and enhancing sales process.

Nothing to share at the moment. Concerns related to user adoption that aren't Sales Cloud specific.

Enhanced productivity and ability to eliminate multiple tech stacks to support Sales teams

What do you like best about the product?
The out of the box Experience was way better than expected! We were able to deploy to our sales team in just over a month from purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some setup still has to be completed in classic screens rather than all on the lightning experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one source of truth for all our data.

What do you like best about the product?
Number 1 CRM out there, it is a market leader for a reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too easy for non-technical users to make meta data changes early in a company's adoption that will haunt the org for years to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our sales teams sell, as well as enabling various other departments too.
