Something you will not outgrow
What do you like best about the product?
Endless possibilities! We really can do almost anything we want in a single platform, and integrate it seemlessly with other legacy systems that we need to retain (financials, ERPs, etc). As a core platform for Sales, we are in it every day, both from laptops and mobile devices, and know exactly where our pipeline stands at any given moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Endless possibilities! Sometimes it's hard to distinguish what you CAN do in Salesforce (practically everything) versus what you SHOULD do in Salesforce. Make sure to take some time for internal strategy to determine what the most important things are to you organization and start there, rather than trying to do everything at once.

Using Salesforce Sales Cloud in our car dealership has been a game-changer, especially for managing our orders and customer relationships. It's like having a personal assistant that keeps everything organized. We now have all our customer information and interactions in one place, making it super easy to track and manage.
The order management feature is a lifesaver. When a customer shows interest in a specific car model, I can quickly pull up their history and preferences, which helps in personalizing our approach. This has definitely increased our sales and customer loyalty - people appreciate the personal touch.
The process from taking an order to closing a sale has become so smooth. I love how I can track every step, which is crucial when dealing with high-value items like cars. Plus, the automation features mean I spend less time on paperwork and more time actually talking to customers, understanding their needs, and making sure they're happy with their purchase.
And the analytics part is just the cherry on top. It's fascinating to see trends and patterns in what cars people are interested in. This data helps us make better business decisions, like which models to promote more.
