What do you like best about the product?
We use it to track leads through campaigns. It's easy to track a lead all the way through a closed deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the non profit version so I'm not sure what features I am missing out in!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lets us track engagement for our customers and the various interactions we've had with them.

Great product and flexible to end users and good for admins

Analytics is progressing more, need to do a better job using the information we have
Good when you have a standard selling process
What do you like best about the product?
Gives you everything you need out of the box to be able to quickly scale and release your solution. Can be quickly connected to service cloud to create an end to end process for your business
What do you dislike about the product?
Price books and price book entries have a long way to go before the are actually functional for real business scenarios. CPQ can be added on to help but that then drives up cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leads are huge. Being up to quickly scale lead management and tie into web forms is huge and helps the business gain valuable prospects for selling our products

What do you like best about the product?
It helps manage the pipeline. We use it for managing leads, opportunities and customers. It helps provide insights and helps sales people be more effective
What do you dislike about the product?
It coukd use some AI capabilities in terms of hiw it is setup. We need Einstein to send recommendations to sales rep to tackle the most important lead first and risk analysis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud solves our pipelkne management issues and also helps with prividing executive level insights into the pipeline. It helps generate quick reports and feeds into maketing.
Sales Cloud is key to any Revenue Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Since being part of Salesforce ecosystem ten years ago, Sales Cloud has been the focal point of any Revenue Operations. Kudos to Salesforce for 25 years of continuous improvement and success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credentialing / Permissions / User Management can be improved, which I believe is coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue operations and integration with other downstream PSA and Billing.
Scale up the sales to cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud is suitable for businesses of all sizes and levels. We can achieve a lot with just the out-of-the-box features. It includes dedicated AI, intelligent insights providing Next Best Actions (NBAs), seamless integration with existing corporate systems, automation opportunities, and secure data sharing. It also aids in forecasting and tracking the performance of the sales team and helps improve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While integration with other systems sounds interesting, it sometimes comes with a license prerequisite for connectors or third-party plugins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better reporting mechanisms other than the standard reports for leadership teams with easier customization.
Good Platform with native functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has all the basic functionality that you would need for a Sales process. Salesforce continues to improve and make feature available at no cost. From an administrator perspective there are great tools to automate processes that can be done without a developer
What do you dislike about the product?
With the abilty to customize comes with the downside of you needing to define a process. The system can only do so much out of the box that will help your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currenly using it mostly as a basic sales tracking but we hope to engage with better features as we move forward. The basic functionality gives us enough value to justify the purchase
World class integrated experiences
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is feature rich platform that allows users to get the insights they are looking to get to help their customers with integrations built in with other great products within the ecosystem
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slowly becoming large enough to get lost. We should also invest in depreciation where it makes sense.

Being new to Salesforce I can see how it will really help our sales team to see a better overall view of our customer.

How much there is to learn, but trailblazing makes it much easier.
