Sales Cloud is Awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Rich Platform capabilities like Flow and the innovation of Einstein really makes the Sales cloud perfect for enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having flexibility with the governor limits

The most helpful things in sales cloud are the Einstein tool, forecasts and maps
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about sales cloud is that it doesn't integrate with five 9 so we can't use Einstein conversations with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is helping Grubhub solve many problems. Maps has been helping a lot a long with sales enablement

Easy to understand and use; easy to train on

Conditional formatting in page layouts historically has been limited; requiring more flow creation than I'd like.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used it for years so I'm very familiar with the data model and available functionality. Account management is straight forward, and Opportunity management is key to our organization's success.
What do you dislike about the product?
On certain features, like trying to pinpoint sharing on an okject, it switches to classic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're helping our seller make it and we're enabling sellers and their managers to really know where they stand in regard to sales opportunities.

Connectivity with other apps and it does a great job of automating my prospect joirneys

Not enough voice recognition and I think integrating the clouds more would be helpful

We had used spreadsheets before getting Salesforce so this helped a lot.

It keeps all of our customer data in one place so that we can coordinate across our team

It's not about the product per se but more an issue with user adoption and customization based on our specific use case

It's is helping us to track activities that we engage in on our clients behalf so that we can let the know the value we provide

I love that I'm able to quickly see my prospects and those that others are reaching out to without accidentally double tapping the contacts. I also really like the ability to filter

I use the integration with salesloft and I like putting my leads into a report to assign people to reach out to - you are unable to pull into salesloft from the report function and it would be much more convenient if you could
